Procedure for Issuance of No Demand Certificate for House Building
Advance:-
A. For IAS/IPS/IFS officers:-
No Demand Certificate in respect of House Building Advance is
issued for full period as IAS/IPS/IFS officers. The following
documents are required for issuance of NDC in favour of the
officers.
a. NDC from Principal Accountant General, J&K
b. Affidavit
c. Surety Bond
B. For State Government Employees:-
No Demand Certificate in respect of House Building Advance is
issued upto September, 1985 as the Housing Department was
sanctioning House Building Advance to the State Government
Employees upto 1985. The following documents are required
for issuance of NDC in favour of the Officers/Officials.
a. Recommendation of Head of Department
b. Affidavit
c. Surety Bond
